Mission
My mission is to help correct negative habits or patterns created by the incorrect chewing and swallowing functions of the tongue, cheeks, and lips. My goal is to educate health care professionals, and the public the positive benefits of myofunctional therapy.
Philosophy
Education has played a key role in my family’s values along with honesty and trust. I was taught that education leads to a doorway of opportunities and that having a diverse education creates a well-rounded individual. As a myofunctional therapist, I will strive to inspire and educate my patient’s the importance of daily exercises to create positive muscle memory to help reduce or eliminate myofunctional disorders.
I look forward to setting up a consultation, and discussing your needs further on how I may help.
Best Regards,

I first learned about Myofunctional Therapy from Brooke and was so excited to see the results I could get. I had issues feeling tired all day even after a full night of sleep. When taking a drink I would find myself spilling water out the sides of my mouth. I would often get headaches from grinding and clenching. Brooke went through all the exercises with me every week and helped strengthen the muscles needed to give me correct posture and positioning. I’ve developed proper habits like where to position my tongue when eating and my lips are strengthened to drink properly as well. This has helped me with sleep and feeling more rested. She also includes exercises that help give yourself a facelift!
Brooke is very professional and eager to help others. I’m so thankful she was able to help me!
